Gov. Asa Hutchinson Makes Appointments to Boards, Commissions

Gov. Asa Hutchinson on Monday announced the following appointments:

Anita Cabe, Gurdon, to the Board of Trustees of Henderson State University. Appointment begins Jan. 15, 2020, and expires Jan. 14, 2027. Replaces Brown Hardman.

Dr. Dwight Duckworth, Springdale, to the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners.  Appointment expires Sept. 1, 2024. Replaces Dr. Bill Dill.

Dr. Cara Jones, Little Rock, to the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners. Appointment expires Sept. 1, 2024. Replaces Dr. James Moore.

Edward Appler, Conway, to the Child Welfare Agency Review Board. Appointment expires March 1, 2023. Reappointment.

Josh Bryant, Rogers, to the Child Welfare Agency Review Board. Appointment expires March 1, 2023. Replaces Matthew Flemister.

Sheriff Ron Brown, Van Buren, to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2021. Replaces Doc Holladay.
