McDaniel Wolff & Benca PLLC announced Tuesday that it completed a merger combining three Arkansas law firms.
McDaniel Richardson & Calhoun PLLC; Wolff & Ward PLLC; and Benca & Johnston PLLC announced their intention to combine in early 2018.
“We seized on an incredible opportunity to merge our complementary practices and diverse expertise to establish a significant new presence in the Arkansas legal community,” said partner and former Arkansas Attorney General Dustin McDaniel in a news release. “Our firm will provide sophisticated representation to individuals and businesses who need help in our complicated legal, regulatory and governmental system.”
The new McDaniel Wolff & Benca PLLC is a full-service law firm that handles complex litigation, tax planning, attorney general investigations and government relations, criminal law, education law, family law, real estate and more.
In addition to McDaniel, the founding partners include Scott Richardson, Bart Calhoun, Rufus E. Wolff, Vincent M. Ward, Patrick Benca and Jessica Duncan Johnston.
Additional attorneys include Jon T. Shirron and Lauren Collins.
“The diversity and deep, professional commitment of our attorneys make the new, combined firm even stronger and better able to provide a full range of legal services our clients require,” Benca said. “And as our clients’ needs grow, we look forward to a promising future and expanding the fields of legal expertise our firm offers.”
The firm’s new two-story 7,170-SF headquarters is at the corner of West 4th Street and South Pulaski Street.
