Arkansas native Dre Greenlaw to play in Super Bowl in his rookie season

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Arkansas native and former Razorback Dre Greenlaw is heading to the Super Bowl in his rookie season as part of one of the most dominant defenses in the league this year.

The former Hogs is heading to the Super Bowl after the San Francisco 49ers had a dominant 37-20 win over the Green Bay Packers.

Greenlaw, who played football at Fayetteville High School and for the Arkansas Razorbacks, was drafted in the 5th round by the San Francisco 49ers and has been a shining star on the defense.

He ranked second on the team in tackles and was named to PFF’s All-Rookie team.

During the season, Greenlaw recorded 92 tackles, a sack and an interception. Hopefully, he’ll have a chance to make some amazing plays in the Super Bowl.

The 49ers are set to face off against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIV on February 2.
