Ben Noble Named Riceland’s EVP, COO

Ben Noble was named Riceland Food Inc.’s executive vice president and COO on March 11. 

Noble joined the Stuttgart company’s leadership team as vice president of marketing and strategy in September 2017. The role of vice president of sales was added to his duties in August 2018. 

In his new role, he will oversee the company’s strategic direction, product innovation and day-to-day administrative and operational functions. 

A native of Ethel (Arkansas County), Noble began his career as an agriculture policy aide to former Sens. Dale Bumpers and Blanche Lincoln. He recently served as president of Noble Strategies, a Little Rock-based marketing and public affairs firm with agricultural-based clients that included Tyson Foods, Monsanto, Con-Agra, Anheuser-Busch and Riceland.

Noble was also the founding executive director of the Arkansas Rice Federation, which includes the Arkansas Rice Council, the Arkansas Rice Farmers and the Arkansas Rice Millers.
