Man wanted for Little Rock murder, considered armed and dangerous

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Joseph Villarreal in connection to the murder of Nicholas D. Winter, 37, who was fatally shot Thursday night.

According to police, the shooting happened around 10 p.m. on the 2300 block of 145th Street in Little Rock.

Police say Winter died at the scene of the shooting.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office said Villarreal could be driving a 2008 Ford Fusion with an Arkansas LPN: 517-ZBH. 

Villarreal should be considered armed and dangerous.
