Once deputies arrived on scene, they found two men and two women who were involved in the shooting incident.
FAULKNER COUNTY, Arkansas — The Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at the Double Bee gas station in Greenbrier, in reference to a shooting, that occurred at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, June 30.
Once deputies arrived on scene, they found two men and two women who were involved in the shooting incident off of Highway 225 E inside Faulkner County.
Through the investigation, it was found the victims drove to the gas station in search of help. The four victims involved in the incident have been taken to the hospital to be treated for gunshot wounds.
During the investigation, the Faulkner County Sheriff’s Office investigators were led to a home on Laramie Road. Detectives spoke with a juvenile offender, who has now been identified as the shooter.
Deputies determined the four victims went to the juvenile’s residence when an altercation then took place between the parties. The juvenile offender shot at the vehicle, hitting three of the four occupants.
Two of the victims remain in the hospital. One of the victims is in critical condition, but both are stable.
At this time, police believe this to be an isolated incident.
