First Urban Outfitters in State Coming to Promenade

Newmark Moses Tucker Partners announced Wednesday that the first Urban Outfitters store in Arkansas will open at The Promenade at Chenal in the summer.

“Urban Outfitters is an iconic retail brand and we are thrilled to have them make an investment in Arkansas, the city of Little Rock and The Promenade at Chenal,” said Chris Moses, president and CEO of Newmark Moses Tucker Partners. The leasing team consists of Chris Monroe, Greyson Skokos and George Friedmann.

Chris Monroe, director of Newmark Moses Tucker Partners, added hat the brand’s decision to open a store there “re-validates that The Promenade at Chenal is the premier destination retail center for shoppers throughout central Arkansas and beyond.” He called Urban Outfitters “a natural fit with our current retail tenant mix,” which includes Apple, Lululemon, Lush Cosmetics, Athleta, J. Jill, Anthropologie and the recently announced Sephora.

Urban Outfitters has 248 locations around the world and offers women’s and men’s apparel, footwear, beauty and wellness products, accessories, activewear and gear and housewares as well as music, primarily vinyl records and cassettes.
